The 2024 Newmar Ventana lineup features redesigned front and rear caps and a dash with a completely new look. The 4037, 4068, 4310, 4326, 4328 and 4369 floor plans are still in the lineup for 2024. However, the Ventana 3407, 3412, 3709, 3717 and 4334 floor plans are no longer available.

The 34′ and 37′ floor plans will increase in length by 12” (35′ and 38′) to accommodate the Cummis L 380 HP engine. Increasing the length also gives the ability to add an optional drop-down bunk in the front overhead without compromising the floor plans’ features and benefits.

There are 4 new Ventana floor plans offered for 2024:

Ventana 3507

• The new Ventana 3507 is a new mid-bath, full wall slide-out floor plan that replaces the 3407. The pantry was reduced by 1” to make room for a drop-down bunk over the driver and passenger seats.
• The front living area features a standard 87” side folding hide-a-bed sofa on the door side, which sits across from a dinette with a Televator on the off-door side.
• The kitchen, refrigerator and pantry are located in the rear of the off-door side dinette.
• A large mid-bath is located across from the refrigerator.
• The bedroom features a king-size bed with a dresser and TV across from the bed.
• The rear bedroom wall houses a large wardrobe with sliding doors along with another wardrobe that can house an optional washer/dryer.

Ventana 3512

• An additional 12” has been added to this floor plan.
• The front living area features an 84” side hide-a-bed sofa with end tables on both sides on the off-door side. The recliner has been omitted.
• A sleeper dinette with a Televator is on the door side. The recliner was omitted, and the slide-out was made smaller to make room for a drop-down bunk option above the driver and passenger seats.
• A dry bar was added behind the slide-out.
• The mid-bath was enlarged and has a 40” X 32” shower.
• The bedroom features a king-size bed with a dresser and TV across from the bed.
• The rear bedroom wall houses a large wardrobe with sliding doors long with another wardrobe that can house the optional washer/dryer.

Ventana 3809

• An additional 12” has been added to this floor plan. The 3809 is a bath and a half with a full wall slide.
• The front living area has a 74” hide-a-bed sofa on the off-door side with a 58” jackknife sofa on the door side.
• The pantry is 3” smaller to accommodate an optional drop-down bunk above the driver and passenger seats.
• Across from the door side kitchen is a booth dinette, refrigerator and pantry.
• Mid-ship, along the door side, is a half bath with vanity and linen storage.
• The bedroom features a king-size bed with a dresser, two shirt wardrobes and a TV across from the bed.
• The master bath has a 50” X 30” shower with a built-in seating area, wardrobe, vanity and area for the optional washer/dryer.

Ventana 3817

• An additional 12” has been added to this floor plan.
• The front living area has a 74” hide-a-bed sofa on the off-door side with a 68” jackknife on the door side.
• The booth dinette is 71” to accommodate the optional drop-down bunk above the driver and passenger seats.
• The mid-bath is larger and has a 40” X 32” shower.
• The bedroom features a king-size bed with a dresser and TV across from the bed.
• The rear bedroom wall houses a large wardrobe with sliding doors long with another wardrobe that can house the optional washer/dryer.

Modifications were made to the Ventana floor plans to accommodate the optional drop-down bunk:

• 4037: Reduced the size of the dinette to 75” and added 2” to the pantry; added a third seatbelt on the standard door-side sofa.
• 4068: Reduced the size of each end table by 1.5”.
• 4310: Reduced the size of the off-door side sofa to 84”. The sofa on the door side is a 58” non-sleeper.
• 4326: Reduced the size of the off-door side sofa to 84”. The sofa on the door side is a 58” non-sleeper.
• 4328: Reduced the size of the pantry by 3”. Added a third seatbelt on the standard door side sofa.
• 4369: Reduced the size of the pantry by 3”. Added a third seatbelt on the standard door side sofa.

Appliances

• The 2024 Ventana models feature a larger 9” Xite dash radio monitor.

Cabinets and Furniture

• New furniture styling, including the front driver and passenger seats
• New slide-out fascia designs
• New feature ceiling
• New drawer front to match door style
• New door and drawer hardware
• New headboard style
• New dinette chair style
• New pocket and swing doors
• Decorative feet for the kitchen cabinetry. 
• 58” non-sleeper sofa on the door side of the 4310 and 4326 floor plans

Chassis Features

• Cummins L 380 HP engine with VGT engine brake on 35′ and 38′ floor plans
• Tire pressure monitor system is a standard feature on both the FCCC and Spartan chassis.
• 24K drive axle on the 35′ FCCC and Spartan chassis
• 9″ rims on the 35′ FCCC and Spartan chassis
• 14.6K front axle rating on the 38′ and 40′ Spartan chassis
• 295/80R22.5 tires replacing 305/70R22.5 tires on the 38′ and 40′ FCCC chassis
• Electronic stability control and auto tractions control are standard on both FCCC and Spartan chassis.

Electrical Features

• The 2024 Ventana 43′ floor plans will be all-electric as a standard feature.
• New wall sconces in the living area
• New vanity lights in the bathrooms
• Upgraded charging port in the dash with a USB/USB-C combination
• The control for the Oasis system will move from the front overhead cabinet to the KIB 10” screen.

Exterior Features

• New front and rear cap
• New exterior graphics
• 3 colors to choose from
• New hood strut
• Hand pull added to rear engine door
• There was a running change to replace the baggage seals to match that of the Dutch Star line (no more slamming).

Interior Features

• New porcelain tile flooring
• New backsplashes in the kitchen and bath areas
• New bedding style
• Three new decors: Brighton, Saguaro, Palisades
• New window treatments 
• New dash design

Plumbing and Bath Features

• New bathroom sink styles
• New plumbing fixtures and bath hardware
• New fiberglass shower pans for the 3809, 4037, 4068, 4310 and 4326 floor plans (due to omitting the 35” radius showers)
• New shower door for 3809, 4037, 4068, 4310 and 4326 floor plans

Windows, Awning, Vents and Doors

• The window behind the television will increase to 29” in the 3809, 3817, 4037, 4068, 4310, 4326, 4328 and 4369.

Ventana Option Changes

• OnGuard adaptive cruise and collision mitigation on both Freightliner and Spartan will be optional.
• The optional Winegard Trav’ler satellite dish will have an auto stow feature that will automatically stow when the park brake is released (J232, J233, J235 and J671).
• The dish will automatically stow whenever the parking brake is released. This will only work when 120v power is available (i.e., the inverter is on, the generator is running or connected to shore power).
• The ottoman option will no longer be available.
• There is a newly developed drop-down bunk over the driver and passenger seats. The bunk will count for one additional sleeping space.
• The optional fold-down shower seat is not available in the 3809, 4037, 4068, 4310 or 4326 due to new shower configuration and integrated seat design.
• The recliner option is not available in the 3507, 3512, 3817 or 4068.

The 2024 Newmar London Aire line features redesigned front and rear caps as well as a redesigned dash. The 4521, 4535, 4551, 4569 and 4579 London Aire models are still in the lineup for the 2024 model year. The 4586 floor plan is no longer being offered.

Cabinets and Furniture

With the lifecycle change of the 2024 London Aire, new cabinet and furniture designs include:

• New furniture styles, including the front driver and passenger seats
• New slide out fascia designs
• New feature ceiling
• New cabinet door and drawer styles
• New cabinet door and drawer hardware
• New headboard style
• New dinette chair style and fabrics
• New pocket door style
• New decorative feet in the kitchen
• The ceiling feature will be centered over the bed.
• The soffit over the full wall slide (HWH slide) has been redesigned.

Chassis Features

• The Spartan chassis is changing from Bilstein to Koni shocks on the drive and tag axles. The front features Koni shocks.
• There are key FOB improvements for push button start to help reduce energy consumption and extend the battery life.

Electrical Features

• The all-electric option is now standard on all London Aire floor plans.
• The SilverLeaf monitor in the front overhead is being relocated to the center of the coach. The bedroom panel locations remain unchanged.
• New decorative wall sconces are featured in the front living area.
• The USB charging port in the front dash has 1 USB and 1 USB-C connection.

Exterior Features

• 2024 London Aire models will feature a new rear cap and a refreshed front cap.
• Four new graphic designs and colors are available.

Interior Features

• Four new optional decor packages, Harrison, Montara, Wentworth and Balboa are available.

With the lifecycle change, new interior designs include:

• New porcelain flooring throughout the coach
• New window treatments
• New kitchen and bathroom backsplashes
• New shower tile design
• New bedding
• New sofa pillows
• New wardrobe door style
• New countertop edging
• New passenger door, pocket door and wardrobe door hardware
• The bunk window option in the 4535 floor plan is now standard.

Plumbing and Bath Features

• New sink styles in the kitchen and full bath
• New plumbing fixtures and bath hardware
• The new shower extrusion finish will be matte black instead of brushed nickel.
• The trim around the shower backsplashes is now chrome instead of the brushed nickel used previously.

London Aire Option Changes

• The option for all electric with a lithium ion battery system will have a reset switch in the overhead cabinet. This should not be used in place of the battery disconnect.
• There is now an option to add a third lithium battery (960 total AHR)
• The optional Winegard Trav’ler satellite dish has an auto stow feature.
• For ottomans (an optional feature), there will be one large one instead of two smaller ones.
• The option for an extend-a-booth dinette on the 4551 floor plan reduces the length of the rear forward-facing seat from 42” to 38” to help the clearance between the dinette and the kitchen counter.
• The euro booth/hide-a-bed sofa combination will no longer be available as an option for 2024 due to low usage.
• The option for bunk windows is now standard in the 4535 for 2024 floor plans.

The 2024 Newmar Kountry Star lineup features eight floor plans that range between 34 ft and 40 ft in length.

Floor Plan Changes

• The Kountry Star 3412 floor plan has been replaced by the 3418 model for 2024.
• The recliner next to the sofa previously offered in the 3412 has been eliminated.
• End tables have been added on each side of the 84” sofa.
• The remainder of the additional space created by the deletion of the recliner was used to provide a larger and more functional bathroom mid-ship.
• The bathroom layouts on the Kountry Star 3709, 4037, 4068 and 4070 models have been modified. This was done to allow a change from the radius shower previously offered in these floor plans in favor of a new and larger straight rectangular shower with a molded seat integrated into the new shower design. This change eliminates all radius showers from the 2024 Kountry Star lineup.
• The Kountry Star 3426 floor plan will feature a swing door in lieu of the pivot door on the half bath.
• Slight modifications have been made to the Kountry Star 3426, 3709, 3717, 4011, 4037, 4068 and 4070 floor plans so a new drop down bunk option can be offered above the driver and passenger seats for 2024.

Cabinets and Furniture

• The standard dinette in the Kountry Star 4070 floor plan will be a non-sleeper for 2024. It will provide a euro-booth table with extendable top and 2 extra folding chairs to provide dining for up to 4 persons. This was done to provide adequate seat belts for the new cabover bunk option.

Chassis Features

• The tire pressure monitoring system will be a new standard feature for Kountry Star in 2024.
• The 295/80R22.5 tires will replace the 305/70R22.5 tires on the 40′ Kountry Star chassis.
• The 37′ Kountry Star models will provide 9″ wheel rims.

Electrical Features

• The charging port in the dash area provides USB and USB-C connections.
• The breaker boxes in the 3426 and 3717 floor plans have been moved from the front overhead to the rear wardrobe. This change was necessary with the new option for cabover bunks above the front driver and passenger seats.

Exterior Features

• The 2024 Kountry Star models have a new exterior graphic design in three color combinations.
• There was a running change to replace the baggage seals to match that of the Dutch Star (no more slamming).

Interior Features

• A new interior decor option called Yuko replaces the Roka decor offered in 2023.
• The Ansel and Baja decor packages are being carried over for 2024. The names for these two offerings, however, have been changed to Brunswick and Manitoba because the vinyl tile flooring designs have changed.

Plumbing and Bath Fixtures

• A new fiberglass shower (rectangular instead of radius) and door have been developed for the 3709, 4037, 4068 and 4070 floor plans.

Windows, Awnings, Vents and Doors

• The window behind the television in the 3709 floor plan is larger for 2024, increasing from 22” to 29”.
• The window behind the television in the 3717 model increased from 26” to 29” tall.

Kountry Star Option Changes

• A new vinyl plank flooring material will be offered to coordinate with the Glacier woodgrain.
• The optional Winegard Trav’ler satellite dish will provide an automatic stow feature. The dish will automatically stow whenever the parking brake is released. This will only work when 120v power is available (i.e., the inverter is on, the generator is running or connected to shore power).
• The option for ottomans has been discontinued for the 2024 model year.
• A new option for a drop down bunk over the driver and passenger seats has been developed for the 2024 model year. This is available on all models including the new 3418. New option K890 will be used on all floor plans except the 4011. The new option #K900 is available on the 4011 model.
• A new 68” theater seat replacing the standard 68” sofa is available on the 3717 floor plan.
• The recliner options have been deleted from the 3418, 3717 and 4068 floor plans.
• The euro-booth option is no longer available on the 3709 model.
• On the 4011 (wheelchair accessible model), the option for a television on a power lift with a fireplace behind the front passenger seat (J055) has been made standard. This option was selected on 100% of all Kountry Star 4011 orders in 2023.
• The option for a Norcold 4 door refrigerator with icemaker (J102) has been dropped for the 2024 model year since this option was chosen on only 5% of all 2023 Kountry Star orders.
