The 4118, 4551 and 4591 Mountain Aire models are still in the lineup for 2024. However, the Mountain Aire 4521, 4535 and 4586 floor plans are no longer being offered.
There are two new floor plans, the 3823 and 3825, both 38 ft in length, offered for the 2024 model year.

Mountain Aire 3823
- New quad slide rear bedroom mid-bath model
- The front living area of the 3823 provides opposing sofas with a 68” hide-a-bed sofa on the off-door side and a 74” jackknife sofa on the door side.
- A dining area rear of the 68” sofa is in the slide room on the off-door side.
- A large galley faces outward at the patio on the door side. It features an L-shape design with a standard residential refrigerator and large pantry. When the slide room is retracted, the main base cabinet of the kitchen along the side wall slides over the L-shape cabinet.
- A large master bathroom is located mid-ship on the off-door side. It offers a large 44” X 30” glass enclosed shower, a large vanity with lots of counter space and linen storage.
- The master bedroom is located at the rear of the floor plan. It features a king bed, a dresser and a TV.
- The main wardrobe spans the entire rear wall and houses the standard washer and dryer.
Mountain Aire 3825
- New full wall slide bath and half floor plan
- The front living area of the 3825 provides a 74” hide-a-bed sofa on the off door side, across from a standard euro booth dinette with a Televator on the door side.
- The galley is located on the off-door side and has a very large pantry at the far rear of the kitchen. The refrigerator is located across from the kitchen in the slide room next to the dining area.
- There is a half bath located mid-ship across from the pantry.
- The bedroom features a retracting and reclining king bed, a TV and a window with shirt wardrobes on each side, as well as a full-depth dresser across from the foot of the bed.
- The master bathroom provides a large vanity with plenty of counter space, standard washer and dryer, wardrobe storage as well as a neo-angle shower.
Air Conditioning and Heating
- The new 38′ Mountain Aire models are equipped with two air conditioning units powered by a 10.0 kW generator.
Cabinets and Furniture
- The interior of the 2024 Mountain Aire will feature new cabinet door and drawer styling.
Chassis Features
- A new wheelbase and length of the standard Spartan chassis is available for the new 38′ floor plans.
- The standard engine of the 2024 Mountain Aire has a 525 horsepower rating. The Cummins X12 engine from the 2023 models will still be used.
- On the Spartan chassis, the shock absorbers used on the drive and tag axles will be Koni brand instead of Bilstein.
- Improvements have been made to the key fob on the Spartan chassis, including reduced energy consumption while pressing the button, communications enhancements, better battery life as well as better indication of the battery life remaining.
Electrical Features
- The charging port in the dash area provides USB and USB-C connections.
- The SilverLeaf panel has been relocated from the front overhead to a central location inside the coach (location varies by floor plan).
- The two new 38′ models will provide a standard 10.0 kW generator.
- The all-electric option is a standard feature for 2024.
- An inclining and retracting bed mechanism is a standard feature on the new 3825 model.
- The layout of the lighting controls on the SilverLeaf panel has been made much more user-friendly.
Exterior Features
- The Mountain Aire has a new exterior graphic design that comes in four color combinations.
Interior Features
- The Haven and Linley interior designs are being carried over for 2024. The Avalon and Beckford decors offered previously are being replaced with Barton and Seahaven, respectively.
Plumbing and Bath Features
- A new size shower and new door will be featured in the new 3823 and 3825 models.
Construction Features
- The new 38′ models will use the split double door design on the large basement storage compartments on the door side (similar to those in the New Aire line).
Mountain Aire Option Changes
- The optional Winegard Trav’ler satellite dish will provide an automatic stow feature. The dish will automatically stow whenever the parking brake is released.
- The option for all electric with a lithium ion battery system will have a reset switch in the overhead cabinet. This should not be used in place of the battery disconnect.
- There is now an option to add a third lithium battery (960 total AHR).
- The option for euro booth dinette/hide-a-bed sofa combination (#K277) has been eliminated.
- A new 74” theater seat has been developed for the new 3823 floor plan.
